Cancellation Policy

To cancel your course, please send a written notice via email to Mountain Med Consulting. The refund amount depends on when we receive your notice:

  • More than 60 days before course start date:
    You’ll receive a full refund minus a $45 registration fee. If a textbook was mailed for a medical course, we will deduct $95 ($45 registration + $50 for the textbook and shipping).

  • Between 60 and 14 days before course start date:
    You’ll receive a 50% refund of course fees. If we can fill your spot, only the $45 registration fee (and the $50 textbook and shipping fee, if applicable) will be retained.

  • 14 days or less before course start date:
    No refund is provided unless we fill your spot. If a replacement is found, we’ll retain only the $45 registration fee (and $50 for textbook and shipping, if applicable).

If Mountain Med Consulting Cancels the Course
In cases where we must cancel a course due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), you may transfer to a future course of the same type or receive a credit toward any other course. Mountain Med Consulting is not liable for travel or preparation costs incurred for canceled courses..

Custom Course Cancellations
For custom courses, cancellation terms are established within the Course Agreement, which will be reviewed and agreed upon in advance. We aim to create flexible solutions to accommodate your organization’s needs.
